Blessed Four Workforce
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 7, 2026 · Last Updated: September 7, 2026
Blessed Four Workforce is a private staffing platform operated by Blessed Four Services LLC (“Blessed Four,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the platform and its mobile applications collect, how that information is used, who can see it, and the choices available to you. It applies to our web application and to the iOS and Android applications that present the same platform.
1. Accounts and contact information
Accounts are created either by an authorized Blessed Four administrator or through an invitation. When you register or are invited, we collect your name, email address, and the role assigned to your account (client, workforce member, staff member, or administrator). Clients may also provide an organization name, phone number, and contact details. Workforce and staff members may provide phone number, general location or travel willingness, languages, years of experience, role and division interests, and availability.
A client may submit a staffing request as a guest without creating an account. In that case we collect the contact details supplied with the request so we can respond, and the request can later be attached to an account created with the same email address.
2. Staffing requests, shifts, and scheduling
We collect the details of each staffing request (service division, role types, number of professionals needed, dates, times, location of the work, and notes you provide), along with the shifts scheduled against it and the hours recorded for those shifts. A client can see their own requests, their scheduled shifts, and a general status. A client is never shown a worker’s name, initials, profile, summary, or assignment record.
3. Credentials and uploaded documents
Workforce and staff members may record professional credentials (type, issuing body, identifier, and expiration date) and upload supporting documents in PDF, JPG, or PNG format. Documents are stored in a private storage area. They can be opened only by the person who uploaded them and by authorized Blessed Four administrators, through short-lived secure links, and each access is recorded in an internal log.
We do not ask for and should not be sent Social Security cards, passports, driver’s licenses, medical records, or full background-check reports. Credential documents are not shared with clients, with other workers, or with any artificial intelligence service. When a credential record or an account is deleted, the associated files are deleted from storage.
With your consent, the platform can send you reminder emails when a credential is approaching its expiration date.
4. Authentication and account security
Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. Passwords are never visible to us — they are handled and stored by that provider in hashed form. We keep the email address associated with your account, whether the address is confirmed, sign-in timestamps maintained by the provider, and the role assignments used to decide what you may see. A session token is stored in your browser or app so you stay signed in.
5. Location information for clock-in and clock-out
Location-verified attendance is used only by workforce and staff members who clock in or out for a scheduled shift, so that we can confirm a punch was made at the approved worksite. Location is requested only at the moment you press clock in or clock out, as a single reading, and only if you grant location permission to the app or browser. The reading requests precise (high-accuracy) location so the distance check is reliable. The platform does not collect location in the background, does not run continuous or periodic location tracking, does not follow your movement between punches, and does not read your location when you are not punching.
At that moment we record the coordinates reported by your device, the distance from the approved clock-in area for that shift, and whether the punch was inside or outside that area. An administrator sets the approved location and the allowed radius for each shift. You are shown only whether you are inside or outside the approved area. Clients are shown only “Location verified” or “Manual verification required.” Exact coordinates and the administrator change history are visible only to authorized administrators.
Attendance location is used solely to verify attendance. It is never used by TrustMatch™ AI, never used for scoring, ranking, or matching, and is not sent to any artificial intelligence service.
6. Shift reports
Workforce and staff members may submit shift reports describing the work performed. Reports are visible to the submitting person and to authorized administrators. An administrator may review, return, or approve a report, and may release approved documentation to the client. Documentation released to a client does not include worker identity or location coordinates.
7. TrustMatch™ AI matching support
To help authorized administrators review staffing requests, limited, de-identified, job-related information may be sent to a third-party artificial intelligence service — for example service division, role types, years of experience, certification types, languages, general availability, and willingness to travel — referenced only by anonymous internal candidate codes.
We do not send names, photographs, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, résumés, uploaded documents, internal notes, screening or background-check references, location or attendance data, or sensitive personal information to any AI service. AI output is advisory, visible only to authorized administrators, and never used to automatically approve, decline, activate assignment eligibility for, or place anyone. Every staffing decision is made by a human administrator and recorded as such.
8. Internal notes and evaluations
Authorized administrators may record internal screening notes, evaluations, ratings, eligibility decisions, and audit entries. This information is stored separately, is restricted by role at the database level, and is never shown to clients or to other workforce members.
9. How we use information
We use the information described above to operate the platform: to create and secure accounts, process staffing requests and consultations, review workforce and staff applications and credentials, schedule shifts, verify attendance, produce and release approved documentation, send transactional and reminder emails, and monitor the technical health and security of the application.
Blessed Four Services does not sell your personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. Your information may be processed or disclosed to service providers that help us operate the platform, subject to appropriate safeguards and contractual or provider terms limiting their use of it.
The application does not contain third-party advertising and does not use advertising trackers. We may use privacy-conscious operational monitoring to detect errors and to protect the security and reliability of the platform; that monitoring is designed to redact sensitive information, and it does not record credential documents, precise location coordinates, confidential worker information, or matching internals.
10. Service providers
We rely on a limited set of technology providers to operate the service. These include hosting and application infrastructure, a backend provider supplying our database, authentication, and private file storage, security and operational monitoring, communications and email delivery for transactional and reminder messages, and an artificial intelligence provider used only for the limited de-identified matching support described above. Each provider processes information only to provide its service to us, under its own terms, and is not authorized to use it for its own unrelated purposes.
11. Data security
Access to information is restricted by role and enforced by database-level security rules, not only by the interface. Uploaded documents are held in a private storage area reachable only through short-lived secure links. Traffic between your device and the platform is protected by HTTPS, and our providers encrypt stored data using their standard protections. Administrator actions on sensitive records are logged internally. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain legitimate business and employment/staffing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Credential documents are deleted when the credential record or the account is deleted. Technical monitoring information is short-lived and rolls off automatically on the hosting platform.
13. Your rights and choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, ask for a copy of the information you have provided, or withdraw consent to reminder emails. You can decline or later revoke the location permission used for clock-in through your device or browser settings; attendance may then require manual verification by an administrator. We respond in accordance with applicable law and our internal verification procedures.
14. Account and data deletion
Signed-in users may close their own account from the Account page in the platform. Closing an account permanently deletes the account and the private documents uploaded under it. Administrator accounts are managed internally and cannot be closed from that page. You may also request deletion by emailing info@blessedfourservices.com with the subject “Delete my account.” Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legitimate business or staffing recordkeeping or where legally required.
15. Age requirement and children’s privacy
Blessed Four Workforce is intended for users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create workforce or client accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information to us, contact us and we will remove it.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or through the platform.
